For our jewelry collections,  we offer fine quality metals such as 10K/14K /18K white gold, yellow gold, and rose gold. We work with all stones, including rare precious colored stones, semi-precious colored stones, lab-grown diamonds, and synthetics.  Some common examples include moissanite, lab-grown diamonds (CVD / HPHT), and natural diamonds. All stones are identified by a gemologist for authenticity. 

For our timepieces,  they may offer aftermarket parts or aftermarket diamonds, especially for glamorous, "Iced Out" watches glittering with an abundance of stones. Our plain timepieces almost always contain original parts. Sought-after older budget Rolexes are the exception.

We don't accept any knock-offs or parts unacceptable by Swiss standards. Our expert and certified master watchmakers conduct rigorous reviews to ensure authenticity.

We suggest authenticating your watch locally at any authorized retailer. Please visit the manufacturer's website for an updated list of authorized retailers for any specific brand.

Our primary focus is in-house custom jewelry design and production. We also purchase products from authorized dealers, respected industry wholesalers, and attend industry trade shows featuring high-quality merchandise.

1. Contact Us for a Free Quote:

If you're interested in trading in your watch, selling it, or just want to know its value, send us a detailed email along with photos and/or videos describing the watch. We'll promptly provide you with a complimentary quote.

2. We'll Provide a Quote:

Our expert appraisers will evaluate the information you provide and prepare an initial quote. This quote will be a range of the minimum and maximum amount we can offer for your watch. The actual amount will be determined after we inspect the watch.

3. Watch Inspection:

Once you decide to proceed, we'll inspect your watch. If you're in Tampa, Florida, we offer in-house appointments or can arrange for pick up. If you're outside the area, we'll send you a pre-paid label for shipping the watch to us. We'll cover the cost of shipping and insurance, but make sure to include all necessary information, such as the original box, papers, and your contact information.

4. Agreement Reached:

After inspecting the watch, we'll contact you with a final quote. This quote will be within the range of our initial quote unless the watch doesn't match the description provided.

5. Quick Payment:

If you accept our offer, we'll pay you within 24 hours via wire or send you an overnight check in the mail. If you decide to trade your watch in, you can apply the full value toward any item in our inventory.

We offer worldwide shipping. For domestic orders, items are usually received within 3 business days (holidays exempt) or received the next day/overnighted depending on the time.  All shipments must be delivered to the address used in checkout-no exceptions. The addressee is required to sign for the package.

Stock inventory can be returned or exchanged if unopened and unworn within 10 days of purchase.  A 25% restocking fee will apply to any returns. You should expect to receive a refund within 30 days from the date the return is accepted by us. The return will be refunded by the same method of the purchase.

Custom orders are not eligible for returns, fee, deposit, and balances once rendered.

The customer has a 10 calendar day inspection period to qualify for a return or refund. Starting time for the inspection period will be determined by the signature on the carrier records upon package delivery acceptance.

To return an item, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number is required. To request an RMA, please call 813-403-8285. The issuance of an RMA Number does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection.

All return packages must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number prominently displayed on the shipping box. The RMA Number must be written on the shipping label as the Reference Number to prevent refusal.

We suggest sending the item via insured, traceable methods, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We retain zero liability for any items while in transit or in the possession of any Common carrier, courier service, customs authority, or other delivery methods. 

Retain the tracking number and send it via email so the progress of the return can be monitored. If the tracking number is not traceable on the shipping company website within 10 Days of receiving the item, it will be considered "Not a Valid Return," resulting in the refusal of the returned merchandise with no refund.

All Watches Are Authentic, However Should You Ever Doubt the Authenticity of Your Watch and Wish to Return It During Initial Return Period, a Certified Letter Signed and Verified by Either an Authorized Dealer or Authorized Manufacturer Service Center Will Be Required as Proof Deeming the Watch as Not Being Original Authentic Manufacturer Equipment and Only Then Will a Complete Refund Be Issued by the Speak Easy Jewlery Co (Exclusions/exceptions Apply to Stated/noted Aftermarket Parts Such as Diamond Bezels, Dials, and Straps/buckles Which Are Not Eligible for This Return Exception).

All Credit Card Purchases (Website and Phone Orders) Are Subject to an Additional 3% Restocking Fee, Items Purchased Using Cash, Paypal, or Bank Wire/transfer Are Excluded.

If You Decide to Return an Item That Was Part of Our Free Shipping Promotion, Our Initial Shipping Costs Will Be Deducted From the Refund. All Returns Are Less Shipping Costs (50.00 for Domestic Shipping) and Applicable International Shipping Charge.

Restocking Fees May Be Waived for Store Exchanges With Approval.

Not Eligible for Refund: Items Not in Original Saleable Condition. Any Item Not Accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number Issued by the Speak Easy Jewelry Co. Any Watch Not Accompanied With Original Watch Material Sold With, Such as Boxes, Papers, Warranty, and Appraisal.

ALL returned or exchanged items MUST be in their original as sold condition. The item has to be inclusive of all packaging, documents, instruments, links, straps, buckles, tags, protective stickers, boxes, and warranties, as shipped by the Speak Easy Jewelry Co. 

Items must be returned without blemishes, dings, scratches, or any indication it has been worn or sized in any manner. Once an Item has been used or worn,  it is no longer returnable. Any signs of wear or removal of original parts will result in denial of return or subject to a partial refund

All watches are guaranteed to be authentic. If there is doubt about the authenticity of any timepiece and you wish to return it during the initial return period, a Certified Letter signed and verified by either an authorized dealer or authorized manufacturer service center will be required as proof the watch is not the original authentic manufacturer. A complete refund will be issued by the Speak Easy Jewelry Co.  

Please note: exclusions/exceptions apply to stated/noted aftermarket parts like diamond bezels, dials, and straps/buckles which are NOT eligible for this return exception.

If an item is returned that was part of the Free Shipping Promotion, our initial shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. All returns are less shipping costs (50.00 for Domestic Shipping) applicable to international shipping charges.

We guarantee the item is as described. This includes the measurements and quality statistics listed on the website. Every item is checked before it is sent out, ensuring it will meet your expectations. Photos may differ from the colors portrayed on any monitor you are viewing and the item you receive due to saturation differences on the screen. Please allow for slight variations between monitor and the physical item. Every piece is unique, with no two exactly alike.
