Once the design is approved, your piece moves through casting, stone setting, finishing, and polishing. Most custom projects are completed within one to four weeks, depending on complexity and material availability.

THE CUSTOM PROCESS
FROM IDEA TO CREATION
YOUR JOURNEY
Every custom piece begins with an idea. Whether you have a fully developed vision, an inspiration image, or simply a concept you want to explore, we take the time to understand your story, style, and goals before bringing your design to life.
Once your vision is defined, we refine the details and develop the design. For more complex projects, CAD renderings allow you to review the proportions, details, and overall direction before your piece moves into production.
After your design is approved, your piece is carefully crafted, finished, and inspected with attention to every detail.
Most custom projects are completed within approximately 2–4 weeks depending on the complexity of the design, materials selected, and production requirements.
Custom jewelry is created around your preferences, including metal selection, gemstones, diamonds, dimensions, style, and budget.
We offer 10K, 14K, and 18K gold, platinum, natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, colored gemstones, and unique design elements to create a piece that is truly yours.
Custom projects begin with a $150 design consultation fee, which is credited toward your completed piece.
Once your design is finalized, a 50% deposit begins production. The remaining balance is due upon completion before delivery.
