Start with a private consultation to share your inspiration, preferred materials, budget, and timeline. Once the scope is approved and the nonrefundable Design Fee is paid, design development begins. The initial concept is typically prepared within about 72 hours after the scope and project information are confirmed.

Production begins after you approve the design and pricing, confirm you are ready to proceed, and provide a separate production deposit. Your piece then moves through casting, stone setting, finishing, and polishing. Most custom projects are completed within one to four weeks, depending on complexity and material availability.

Before it reaches you, every detail is carefully inspected—from stone security and surface finish to overall craftsmanship and presentation. When timing allows, an independent appraisal is included for added assurance and peace of mind.

Every custom piece begins with an idea. Whether you have a fully developed vision, an inspiration image, a stone you already own, or simply a concept you want to explore, we take the time to understand your story, style, and goals before bringing your design to life.
No style is off the table — bridal, hip-hop, memorial, or everyday.
After the private consultation, once the project scope is approved and the nonrefundable Design Fee is paid, we refine the details and develop the design. For more complex projects, CAD renderings allow you to review the proportions, details, and overall direction before your piece moves into production.
After you approve the design and pricing, confirm you are ready to proceed, and provide a separate production deposit, your piece is carefully crafted, finished, and inspected with attention to every detail.
Most custom projects are completed within approximately one to four weeks depending on the complexity of the design, materials selected, and production requirements.

We work in 10K, 14K, and 18K gold, platinum, natural and lab-grown diamonds, and colored gemstones.
Start with a private consultation. Once the project scope is approved and Speak Easy Co confirms it is ready to begin, the nonrefundable Design Fee starts design development. The $150 fee is the starting design cost and is credited toward your approved project cost. More complex designs may require an additional fee, which we will confirm before that additional work begins.
Production begins later, after you approve the design and pricing, confirm you are ready to proceed, and provide a separate production deposit. The remaining balance is due upon completion before delivery.
