Custom Orders: All custom-made sales are final and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

New and Unworn Rolex Watches: These are not eligible for returns, as returning them would mean they are no longer new and unworn. We assure there should be no issues with new timepieces, as they meet Rolex’s rigorous standards. We are always here to address any questions or concerns you have before purchasing.
