Watches

All watch sales are final.

We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase and encourage you to take the time to select the perfect timepiece.

  • New and Unworn Rolex Watches: Due to Rolex’s rigorous craftsmanship and quality standards, returns for new and unworn watches are not accepted. We recommend confirming that your chosen timepiece meets your expectations before purchase.
  • Preowned Watches: All preowned watches are carefully inspected, and any aftermarket parts, such as bands or bezels, will be disclosed prior to your purchase. This ensures transparency, especially for antique models that may include updated components.
  • Custom Watches: All sales of custom watches are final. Given their bespoke nature, custom-made timepieces are unique and not eligible for resale. We take a no-pressure, no-rush approach to assist you in making an informed and confident purchase.

We understand that final sales may feel restrictive, but our goal is to provide exceptional service, build lasting trust, and foster relationships that result in your word-of-mouth referrals.

Custom Jewelry

All sales of custom jewelry are final.

Custom-made pieces are designed specifically for you and cannot be resold. To ensure your satisfaction, we encourage you to review all specifications and details before confirming your order.

Non-Custom Jewelry

For non-custom jewelry, we offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within this period under the following conditions:

  • Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee applies to all non-custom jewelry returns. This fee covers the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items. It will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please package the items securely and use a trackable and insured shipping method to protect against loss or damage during transit.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in their original condition (unworn and undamaged).
  • Include all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.

We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet these requirements.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) to confirm they meet our policy requirements:

  1. A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  2. Processing may take up to 5-7 business days depending on your payment provider.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless damaged or defective).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will provide instructions for returning the item for a replacement or refund, including covering applicable shipping fees.
