What payment options do you accept?
For eligible jewelry items available through website checkout, we may accept major credit cards and other secure checkout options shown at checkout.
Luxury watches are handled differently. All luxury watch transactions are inquiry-only, not available for website checkout, and not processed through Shopify Payments. Watch transactions are completed by bank wire only after direct consultation and confirmation of availability, condition, documentation, and current market pricing.
For custom jewelry and other high-value jewelry purchases, payment requirements may vary depending on the project, item value, production stage, and verification needs. Please contact us directly before purchasing high-value items so we can confirm the proper process.
Can I order online and pick up in person?
Speak Easy Co primarily operates as an e-commerce and private-consultation business. We do not offer standard walk-in retail pickup.
Private appointments may be available for select local clients, custom jewelry consultations, watch inquiries, trade-ins, and one-on-one purchasing support. Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
Shipping
What is your shipping policy?
We ship both domestically and internationally. Most domestic orders arrive within approximately 3 business days once shipped, and overnight shipping may be available upon request.
For security, most shipments require a signature upon delivery. High-value orders may include additional shipping requirements, insurance, identity verification, address verification, or other review steps before shipment.
For luxury watches, shipping details are confirmed directly with the client after availability, condition, documentation, payment instructions, and current market pricing have been reviewed.

What if I enter the wrong shipping address at checkout?
Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error.
Once an order has shipped, Speak Easy Co is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or misdelivered shipments caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
For security reasons, shipping address changes may require additional verification and are not guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Return eligibility depends on the type of item purchased.
Factory-Made Jewelry
Eligible non-custom, factory-made jewelry may be returned within 3 days of delivery, subject to approval and a 30% restocking fee.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, certificates, and documentation.
Custom Jewelry
All custom jewelry sales are final. Custom pieces are made specifically for each client and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.
Luxury Watches
All watch sales are final. Luxury watches are sourced through the secondary/open market and may include unworn-condition or preowned examples, depending on the specific listing or inquiry.
Unworn-condition watches are not eligible for return because once delivered to a client, they can no longer be represented by our company in the same unworn-condition status.
“Unworn-condition” means the watch is presented as unused or unworn to the best of our knowledge, while still being sourced through the secondary/open market rather than sold as new inventory by an authorized dealer.
Preowned watches are carefully reviewed prior to sale. Any known aftermarket parts, replacement components, condition details, service history, or included accessories will be disclosed before purchase when applicable.
Before any watch transaction is finalized, clients should confirm all important details, including condition, documentation, box, warranty card, accompanying materials, market pricing, payment instructions, and shipping requirements.

Why are Rolex watches listed at Rolex retail prices on your website?
Rolex retail prices may be shown on our website as retail-reference pricing only. This helps clients understand a model’s retail positioning, but it does not mean the watch is available at that price or that the listed amount reflects the current market price.

What is the difference between Speak Easy Co and a Rolex Authorized Dealer?
A Rolex Authorized Dealer sells new Rolex watches through Rolex’s authorized retail network.
Speak Easy Co is an independent luxury watch reseller and is not an authorized Rolex dealer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by Rolex or any other watch brand.
We source watches through the secondary/open market, which may allow clients to access certain sought-after models without waiting for authorized dealer availability. Because secondary-market pricing is based on supply, demand, condition, documentation, and availability, prices may differ from Rolex retail prices.
Why can’t you sell certain watches at Rolex retail price?
Many sought-after Rolex models trade above retail in the secondary/open market due to demand, availability, condition, and documentation.
Speak Easy Co sources watches through independent secondary-market channels, not through Rolex’s authorized retail network. Any Rolex retail price shown on our website is provided as a reference point only and may not reflect current market pricing.
Are luxury watches available through website checkout?
No. Luxury watches are inquiry-only and are not available for website checkout or Shopify Payments.
Watch transactions are completed by bank wire only after direct consultation and confirmation of availability, condition, documentation, current market pricing, payment instructions, and shipping requirements.
What is the difference between original, aftermarket, and counterfeit parts?
Original Parts
Original parts are manufactured by or for the watch brand and are consistent with the brand’s specifications.
Aftermarket Parts
Aftermarket parts are components added, modified, or replaced after the watch’s original sale and are not manufactured or approved by the original watch brand. Examples may include aftermarket bezels, dials, bracelets, straps, or diamond settings.
When known, aftermarket details will be disclosed before purchase.
Counterfeit Parts
Counterfeit parts are made to falsely represent the original brand. Speak Easy Co does not knowingly sell or accept watches with counterfeit parts.
Every watch is reviewed for authenticity before being offered for sale.
Do you buy watches or accept trade-ins?
Yes. Speak Easy Co buys and accepts trade-ins on select luxury watches.
Our process is designed to be straightforward:
- Send us your watch details, photos, videos, and any box, warranty card, accompanying materials, or service history.
- We provide an initial estimate based on the information received.
- The watch is reviewed in person or through an approved shipping process.
- Once authenticated and inspected, we provide a final offer.
- If accepted, payment is issued by an approved method, such as bank wire or overnight check.
Final offers may vary from initial estimates based on condition, authenticity, market demand, aftermarket parts, missing accessories, service needs, or verification findings.
Jewelry
Is your jewelry real?
Yes. Speak Easy Co works with genuine precious metals and authentic diamonds and gemstones.
We offer jewelry in metals such as 10K, 14K, and 18K gold, including yellow, white, and rose gold, as well as other materials when requested.
Our diamonds may be natural or lab-grown depending on the project, product, and client preference. We are transparent about the materials used in each piece and can provide details before purchase.
Do you offer natural and lab-grown diamonds?
Yes. We offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds.
Our goal is to help each client choose the right option based on their budget, design goals, quality preferences, and long-term expectations. We are happy to explain the differences between natural and lab-grown diamonds before you make a decision.
Can I get my jewelry or watch insured?
Yes. We can provide appraisal services or documentation when applicable to help you insure your jewelry or watch through a homeowner’s policy, renter’s policy, jewelry insurance provider, or third-party insurance company.
Insurance approval and coverage are ultimately determined by the insurance provider.
Where do you source your jewelry and watches?
Our jewelry is sourced and produced through a trusted network of manufacturers, factories, wholesalers, diamond dealers, gemstone suppliers, and private sellers.
Luxury watches may be sourced from private sellers, collectors, dealers, and trusted secondary/open-market sources nationwide.
Every item is carefully reviewed to confirm quality, authenticity, and overall condition before being offered for sale.

Is it safe to shop on your website?
Yes. Our website is hosted through Shopify and uses secure checkout options for eligible website checkout items.
Luxury watches and certain high-value items are handled through direct consultation instead of website checkout. Watches are inquiry-only, not processed through Shopify Payments, and completed by bank wire only after confirmation of availability, condition, documentation, and current market pricing.
For high-value purchases, we may use additional verification steps to protect both the client and Speak Easy Co.
Are you an authorized Rolex dealer?

All brand names, trademarks, and model names are used for identification purposes only. Rolex and all related model names are trademarks of their respective owner.

Do you offer private appointments?
Yes. Private appointments may be available for local clients, custom jewelry consultations, watch inquiries, trade-ins, and one-on-one purchasing support.
