Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases and commissions from The Speak Easy Jewelry Co Inc., doing business as Speak Easy Co.

Final-Sale Jewelry

Unless Speak Easy Co expressly agrees otherwise in writing before purchase, all jewelry sales are final. This includes:

• Made-to-order collection designs

• Fully custom and specially commissioned jewelry

• Recreations inspired by past projects

• Specially sourced diamonds, gemstones, metals or components

• Resized, engraved, personalized, modified or altered pieces

• Items expressly identified as Final Sale

• Design, CAD, sourcing, labor, rush, appraisal and other service fees once the related work or expense has begun

A catalog listing does not represent available inventory unless the product page or a written communication from Speak Easy Co expressly states otherwise.

An item expressly identified as Ready to Ship is in stock rather than awaiting normal production. Ready-to-ship items remain final sale unless the product page or written order confirmation specifically provides a different return policy.

Past-project listings are examples of previous commissions and are not available inventory. A requested recreation is a new custom project with separately confirmed specifications, pricing and timing.

Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, an incorrect size supplied or approved by the customer, subjective preference, or variations that are normal for handcrafted jewelry, natural gemstones or an approved custom design.

Nothing in this policy limits any remedy required by applicable law for non-delivery, merchant error, material misrepresentation or an item that arrives materially different from the confirmed order.

Design Approval and Customer Specifications

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all applicable specifications, including sizing, metal, color, gemstones, dimensions, engraving, design renderings and written order details.

Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and a revised completion estimate.

Cancellations

Contact Speak Easy Co immediately if you wish to request a cancellation or change. A request is not approved unless we confirm it in writing.

Before design work, sourcing, material ordering, alteration or production begins, we may approve a cancellation at our discretion. Any approved refund will be reduced by work already completed and nonrecoverable expenses already incurred.

Once design, sourcing, material ordering, production, sizing, engraving or another customization process has begun, the order cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Luxury Watches

Luxury watches are offered through direct inquiry rather than standard website checkout. Availability, condition, documentation, current market price, payment instructions, delivery and final-sale terms are confirmed before purchase.

Watch purchases require cleared payment and a written purchase agreement. The signed agreement governs the transaction to the extent permitted by law. Luxury-watch sales are final unless the agreement expressly states otherwise or applicable law requires a remedy.

Damaged, Incorrect or Materially Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, was sent incorrectly or is materially different from the confirmed order, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Keep the item, shipping container, labels, packaging and documentation, and provide clear photographs or video of the issue. Do not alter, repair or return the item before receiving written instructions.

After reviewing the circumstances, Speak Easy Co will provide the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund.

Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, unauthorized third-party work and normal handcrafted or material variations are not manufacturing defects.

Authorized Returns

Do not send merchandise to our mailing address without written authorization. Unauthorized shipments may be refused.

If a return is authorized, we will provide the correct return address, deadline, packing requirements and approved insured-shipping method.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional processing time after a refund is issued.

Original shipping, insurance and fees for completed services or committed third-party expenses are nonrefundable except when a refund results from our error or is otherwise required by law.
