Shipping & Delivery Policy

Product Availability

Most Speak Easy Co jewelry is made to order. A product’s appearance on our website, in a collection or in a catalog does not mean that a finished piece is currently in stock.

An item is considered Ready to Ship only when its product page or a written communication from Speak Easy Co expressly identifies it as ready to ship and its availability has been confirmed.

Past-project listings are portfolio examples and are not available inventory. A requested recreation becomes a new custom commission.

Made-to-Order Production

The estimated production period begins after Speak Easy Co has received all required payment, design approvals, sizing information, verification and other information needed to complete the order.

Production estimates depend on design complexity, requested revisions, metal and stone availability, outside artisans, finishing, appraisal scheduling and final quality review.

Any date provided is an estimate unless Speak Easy Co expressly confirms a guaranteed date in writing. Please tell us about deadlines before approving a project or submitting payment.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Items expressly confirmed as Ready to Ship do not require normal made-to-order production. They remain subject to payment clearance, identity verification, address verification, final quality inspection and any applicable appraisal or documentation arrangements.

The expected handling period will be provided on the product page or in the written order confirmation.

Shipping Delays

If we learn that an order cannot ship within the originally stated period, we will notify the customer and provide a revised estimate.

Where required by applicable law, the customer will have the opportunity to agree to the revised shipment date or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund.

A cancellation required because of a shipping delay is separate from the final-sale terms that apply after an item has shipped.

Luxury Watches

Luxury watches are sourced through direct inquiry and are not purchased through standard website checkout.

Shipping is arranged after the specific watch, availability, condition, included documentation, current market price, cleared payment, verification requirements and written purchase agreement have been completed.

The written purchase agreement controls watch-specific delivery terms to the extent permitted by law.

Secure and Insured Delivery

We use established carriers and appropriate insured-delivery arrangements. Depending on the item’s value, destination and insurance requirements, delivery may require:

• Tracking and declared-value coverage

• Adult signature

• Identity and address verification

• Hold for pickup at an approved carrier facility

• Government-issued identification

• Restrictions on address changes or package redirection

We may decline shipment to a post-office box, freight forwarder, hotel, temporary address or another destination that does not satisfy verification or insurance requirements.

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or confirmed in writing before a custom, watch or other high-value transaction is finalized.

Transit Estimates

Carrier transit estimates begin after the order ships. They do not include consultation, design, sourcing, production, appraisal or verification time.

Expedited service may be available, but it is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Weather, carrier interruptions, customs reviews, security procedures and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Business days exclude weekends, federal holidays and carrier-observed holidays.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, address, email address and telephone number.

Contact Speak Easy Co immediately if you discover an error. Address changes are not guaranteed after processing begins and may require renewed payment, identity or address verification.

Do not request an address change directly from the carrier unless Speak Easy Co authorizes it.

Damaged, Missing or Tampered Packages

Inspect the package upon delivery. If it appears damaged, opened, empty, resealed or otherwise tampered with:

1. Photograph the package before opening it when possible.

2. Keep the shipping container, labels, packaging and contents.

3. Note visible damage with the carrier when possible.

4. Contact Speak Easy Co promptly, preferably within 48 hours.

Carrier and insurance investigations may require photographs, identification, packaging, written statements or physical inspection. Speak Easy Co will assist with the applicable claim process.

International Shipping

Select international shipping may be available following review.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges and other destination-country expenses. These charges are separate from the product and shipping price.

Customs and governmental reviews may delay delivery.

Appraisals and Documentation

Documentation varies by item and transaction.

When project or transaction timing permits, an independent third-party appraisal may be completed and included. Appraisal availability and timing will be confirmed before delivery.

An appraisal may accompany the item or be delivered separately. If an appraisal is important for insurance or required by a particular date, notify Speak Easy Co before finalizing the order.
